Preparation of Final Account. You are appointed as the consulting Quantity Surveyor for a apartment project based on PAM Form of Contract 2006 (With Quantities).

Learning Outcome

One of the many things that I have learnt from this project is the understanding of the principles of preparing the final account. The ability to be aware of the nature, content and significance of PAM contract that influences the basis of the Final Account. Finally the sufficient knowledge and understanding of the PAM contract in Variation order.

The assignment also ensure that we are able to work together and create a Final Account.
