Learning Outcome

Through tests and lectures alone, I understood the importance of law in construction industry as a future Quantity Surveyor. From there, I have understood the difference between Malaysian Legal System as compared to other legal system such as the British Laws and so on. Aside from that, I was introduced to so many case law as well as sections of Acts in order to prove my points of debate factual rather than just words of arguments without proof. I also learnt the application of Contract Law as well as Tort and from there, I have understood the legal system in a contract as well as a responsible and careful, not only as Quantity Surveyor, but also citizen of Malaysia.
