Learning Outcome

One of the many things that I have learnt from this project is the understanding of the principles of Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysian 2006 With Quantities. The ability to be aware of the nature, content and significance of FIDIC form as well as analysing the values of construction law in both employers and contractor's perspective. Finally the sufficient knowledge and understanding of the importance of case law and common law in the construction industry in Malaysia.
