Project 1: Measurement Project
Learning Outcome
One of the many things that I have learnt from this project is the understanding of the principles of measurement and techniques in preparing the Bills of Quantities and Specification writings. The ability to be aware of the nature, content and significance of tendering and contractual documentation within a plan. Finally the sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Standard Method of Measurement (SMM) in taking off quantities.
The assignment also ensure that we are able to work together and create a full tender document.
Learning Outcome
The assignment require us to produce ​a measurement of beam, wall and column measurement with the usage of Glodon software. The project introduces us to the software and allow us to be more familiar and understand the basic usage of the software.
