Learning Outcome

My involvement in the project include internal and external floor finishes and internal and external ceiling finishes. The project allowed me to recognize the items for ceiling and floor finishes. From there, I have gained the ability to adopt the systematic approach of take-off quantities from drawings for the preparation of Bill of Quantities. One of the most important learning outcome from the exercise is the ability to be systematic and be orderly in mnd to be able to visualize the drawings and the details given. Finally, I understood the conceptual understanding of and the ability to competently carry out the preparation of Bill of Quantity for floor and ceiling finishes.
