You are required to perform a financial analysis of LBS Bina Group Berhad, a company listed on the main market of Bursa Malaysia.

You are to download the latest annual reports of LBS Bina Group. The company's annual as well as quarterly reports can be downloaded from Bursa Malaysia website and also the company's website.

Learning Outcome

One of the many things that I have learnt from this project is the understanding of the principles of finance statement of the company. The ability to be aware of the nature, content and significance of analyzing finance capability, strength and also weakness of the company. Finally the sufficient knowledge and understanding Financial concept and process in a statement through analyzing a company.
The assignment also ensure that we are able to work together and create a report of analysis of a company.
